Instrument cannot be turned on

Check whether the power cable is securely connected and the power supply is connected.

Check whether the power cable is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Check whether the fuse inside the instrument is blown, and the fuse needs to be replaced.

Abnormal screen display

If the screen is blurred or there are miscellaneous points, check whether the cable is firmly inserted. If the problem still exists after the cable is firmly inserted, replace the cable.

When the screen displays an abnormal color, it is necessary to check whether the probe interface is loose or the probe itself has a problem, and the probe needs to be replaced.

The instrument is not working properly

Check whether the probe is properly installed and loose. Reinstall the probe.

To check whether the system parameters are correctly set, you can reset or reset the parameters.

Check whether the latest system update or software upgrade is performed. If yes, check whether the system update or software upgrade is successful and compatible with the device.

Probe not working

Check whether the probe is properly installed and whether the probe interface is loose. Reinstall the probe.

Check whether the cable is damaged or the connector is loose. Replace the cable.

Check the probe itself for damage, if so, the probe needs to be replaced.
